Would there be a reason for extreme joint and body aches a month into strict carnivore? I’m 29 days in and have felt great besides horrible joint pain in my hips and wrists and ankles.

Laura I’ve been watching your vids for over 6 months now, I can not get over how you and Chris turned yourselves around! I started in Jan this year, I’ve gone from over 15 stones to 11 stones 10 in that short space of time, I’m as aerobically fit as I was in my late 20s (61 now) my bp has gone from 160/90 to 120/70. I feel amazing. Give it a go folks, it’s fantastic to feel fit again.🥩🥓🍳. Thank you for sharing Laura.

Ok im going to be a Beast !! 24 hour fast once a week. Long intermittent 16-20hrs fast rest of the week. One meal a day most of the week. Been in a stall for months.

I am ready. Lots of things are changing in my life. My struggle will be giving up cheese but I am determined to take care of my health.

Just started a week ago and lost 4 lbs. Mainly beef and eggs. 2 meals a day. No snacks. Limited cheese.

I also live a relaxed carnivore. I never tried beast mode. I’m with you. I’ll try beast mode challenge. I just bought a 13 pound ribeye roast from Costco and three racks of ribs.

Based on this video - I do need to go more beast mode. But due to my activity - I will (1) strive for 16-18 hour fasts at least four times a day; (2) will eat cheese and fats but my cheese intake is about once a week; (3) dairy still ok; and (4) limit the processed meats - only twice a week (due to a situation where there is no refrigeration); and last - NO SNACKING!!!!!!

Im 7 weeks in and there is no downside! I love this WOE and my wife who is 3 years post breast cancer is now 5 weeks into this WOE and feels amazing! We are both exercising and doing OMAD 2 to 3 days a week and it all started with starting carnivore! Thank you Laura Spath for your channel!

I am on day 160. I do ok most days BUT I have a whacky schedule from day to day. Most days I can work with it; but there are a few days where I only get about 5 hours of sleep - wake for a VERY long time - and I do "fatigue" eating. I really try to have smart choices around but if I don't plan - I am toast.

Beast mode to me is just starting carnivore. No treats at work. Three meals a day. Limit cheese to my omelet at work. Right now I'm keeping the coffee because carnivore for a month and not eating candy at work is enough of a challenge for me this month.

Do you ever have a reaction from the seasonings that are used by restaurants? I have ordered this way, but I always react to the seasonings or the grill maybe. I assume it's not clean and the seasonings likely have Dextrose.
